HostMilano is confirmed as the leading international trade fair for the professional catering, hospitality and food service industries. In the 2025 edition, HostMilano once again consolidated its role as a global platform for the industry, welcoming approximately 190,000 professional visitors, 2,050 exhibitors, 800 events and over 700 selected international hosted buyers. These significant figures confirm the international scope of the exhibition and its strategic role as a meeting point for companies, operators and buyers from all over the world.
The main exhibition sectors ranged from professional catering to bakery, pizza and pasta, from coffee to bar equipment, from gelato to pastry, as well as tableware, technology and contract furniture. The offering included machinery, professional equipment, raw materials, semi-finished products, furnishings, tableware, digital solutions, automation, sustainability and energy efficiency.
The Bars took part in this edition with great success, attracting curiosity and interest from the many visitors attending the fair. During the event, we presented 58 new items, further expanding our range and confirming our commitment to researching innovative, functional and high-quality solutions for the professional sector.
Particular attention was also given to the new section of the 2025 Catalogue dedicated to Table Top, featuring table accessories designed to meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, bars and hospitality professionals. The new line generated considerable interest, confirming the importance of an increasingly complete offering that is closely aligned with market trends.
