Feel The Flair was a five-day immersive masterclass dedicated to bartending, flair, and mixology.
The event took place at Lake Levico, in Trentino, and welcomed 40 bartenders from all over Italy, offering them a complete experience that combined technical training, personal growth, team building, creativity, sport, and wellness.
Throughout the program, participants were guided through flair bartending activities, working on working flair, craft flair, and exhibition flair under the guidance of Michael Moreni, two-time world champion, leading up to the creation of original signature drinks.
The mixology section was enriched by an alpine foraging workshop, during which raw materials gathered in the woods were transformed into homemade ingredients for customized drinks.
A particularly valuable moment was the masterclass on professional bar equipment organized by The Bars, sponsor and partner of the event, and led by its Brand Ambassador, Mirko Scorteccia. The session was incredibly successful among participants, confirming the importance of collaborating with high-level partners within the event’s training program.
The program also included modules on cocktail design, new trends, social media communication, venue management, drink cost, cash flow, supplier selection, self-training, visual style, and garment customization.
Alongside the training sessions, participants took part in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, trekking, kayaking, and yoga, concluding the experience with a final competition.
More than just a masterclass, Feel The Flair was a true experiential camp: an opportunity to slow down, breathe, create connections, and experience the bar industry in a healthier, more sustainable, and more creative way.
The week ended with a final party open to the public, featuring a DJ set and live performances, celebrating the energy, talent, and journey experienced by the participants.
